Hello, my name is Owen Morris Scott, and I am currently an undergraduate student at the University of Oklahoma majoring in Biology. I am from Norman, Oklahoma and have lived here for most of my life. I have always had a love for wildlife throughout my life. I have had an interest in pursuing specifically herpetology ever since high school and hope to continue involvement in the field.

Growing up, I always have had a passion for wildlife. When I was younger, I would save tadpoles from the park from puddles that were evaporating and raise them in a tank on my porch. It was fascinating watching the tadpoles change into froglets. I also care for a species of frog known as a Pac-man frog when I am at home. Currently I am interested in the conservation efforts of the Texas Horned Lizard and hope I can contribute to the efforts after I graduate.
