Hello, my name is Jordon Henderson. I am a MES student at OU that majors in Hydrology and Water Security with a focus on water management. For the past year I have been exploring research fields that include phenotypic plasticity, conservation, and ecology. I work part-time for the Sam Noble Museum collecting specimens and swabs as an Infectious Disease Field Assistant and I recently graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelors in Science.

I love animals, research, and the outdoors. Working as an Infectious Disease Field Assistant for the Siler Lab allows me to combine my love of these things and utilize the skills I have learned over the years. I look forward to volunteering at the Sam Noble Museum this fall and learning more about Herpetology. My future goals are to obtain two Masters degrees; one in water management and another in wildlife management so I can work with and help conserve large watersheds and wetland areas.
