My name is Emma Clary. I am an undergraduate junior at the University of Oklahoma, and I am double-majoring in Biology and Psychology and minoring in Chemistry. My goal is to attend graduate school to study cognitive or cellular neuroscience. I am passionate about art, and I love to paint, draw and sculpt. My other hobbies include reading, traveling, hiking, swimming, knitting, and snuggling with cats.

I have always been an animal lover, and I have a strong interest in environmental science and conservation. Therefore, when my Honors professor let me know about a field work job opportunity at the Siler Lab that combined these interests with my love of the outdoors, I knew I had to apply and get involved in the field of Herpetology. I am extremely excited to be an Infectious Disease Field Assistant and have the opportunity to learn from the awesome researchers at the Siler lab.
