Jenna McGrath Biography

Jenna is a senior undergraduate Biology major at the University of Oklahoma. She is from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Expected to graduate in December 2017, she hopes to attend dental school to combine her passion for Biology and art.

Jenna became interested in herpetology while she participated in Dr. Siler’s University of Oklahoma Biological Station Field Herpetology course at Lake Texoma in the summer of 2016. At Lake Texoma she discovered her love of searching for and collecting specimens and samples. However, she has always enjoyed catching animals like frogs, including her favorite, the common gray tree frog. In her free time, Jenna also enjoys volunteering especially for programs which involve Dentistry such as: OKMOM, D-Dent, and Catholic Charities.
