A new species of the genus Gekko is described from Panay, an island in the central-Philippines. The new species is characterized by a combination of the number of preanofemoral pores, dorsal tubercle rows, disposition of caudal tubercles and tubercles on dorsal surfaces of the limbs, number of subdigital lamellae, and distinct diagnostic white spots on head and dorsum. The new species is known from entrances of limestone caves and rocky outcrops in low elevation areas of NW-Panay.
